Our team has always worked hard to keep your vehicle running strong, and in continuing that tradition, we want to make it even easier to service with #1 Cochran Chevrolet and #1 Cochran Buick GMC. That’s why we’re proud to offer vehicle pick up and drop off for $9.95! We’ll come to you, handle your service remotely and then drop it off to you. Here’s how it works:

What to Expect on the Day of Your Service

On the day of your service, our team will come to where we’re picking up the vehicle – whether it’s your home, your office, etc. They’ll get your keys from you, in the manner that you arranged when you talked to our Guest Services Team. The team will bring your vehicle back to our dealership in Boardman and we’ll get to work.

Once we’ve had time to inspect your vehicle, we’ll text you a vehicle inspection where we’ll show you exactly what’s wrong, or other things you should be aware of. We’ll also send you an estimate for you to approve or deny repairs right to your phone, and to pay for the work. Once we’re done, we’ll drop the car off per your instructions and you’re on your way!

About Our Service Department

Our service department is staffed with dedicated, skilled and certified technicians that are ready to tackle any issues you throw at them. Whether it’s a routine oil change and tire rotation, need new tires or something more serious that requires our mainline technicians – we’re here for you.
