Available Trims

You can purchase the 2024 GMC Hummer EV SUV in four trims: EV2, EV2X, EV3X, and Edition 1. You can expect bold and aggressive styling with a modern feel on the latest Hummer. The Infinity roof features removable transparent roof panels. If you take the roof panels out along with the front I-Bar and lower the rear drop glass, you can enjoy the ultimate open-air driving experience, on and off the road.

Available exterior features for the 2024 GMC Hummer EV SUV include roof cross rails that are compatible with the Infinity roof, a 50-inch front-facing light bar, off-road pod lights mounted on the front pillars, and front and rear D-Ring recovery hooks.

Power and Performance

Depending on the trim level you select, the 2024 Hummer EV SUV will operate on two or three motors. GMC has stated that the Hummer EV SUV will feature a 200 kWh battery pack. The two-motor EV2 and EV2X will produce 625 horsepower, while the three-motor EV3X and Edition 1 can expect 830 horsepower. This EV should give drivers approximately 300 miles of driving range. Torque ratings for the Hummer EV SUV should fall between 1,000 and 1,100 lb-ft.

GMC reports that the three-motor Hummer EV SUV gets a zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds, giving you plenty of get-up-and-go on the highway. The Hummer EV SUV can haul up to 15,000 pounds when properly equipped.

Performance-enhancing features include an adjustable air suspension with Extract mode that can raise the Hummer EV SUV 6 inches and four-wheel steering with CrabWalk. The Extreme Off-Road package adds 18-inch wheels, 35-inch all-terrain tires, low-mounted cameras for improved visibility, a locking front differential, extra underbody protection via skid plates, enhanced axles with heavy-duty components, and rear motors that act like a locked differential.

Interior Design

Now that you know what the 2024 Hummer EV SUV will be on the outside and under the hood, let’s examine the interior design created for driver and passenger convenience and comfort. You get a part Sci-Fi, part rugged interior with a three-dimensional dashboard with horizontal and vertical air vents. The Hummer EV SUV features physical switchgear and hard buttons, such as the rotary drive-mode selector and T-shaped shifter on the center console. High-End Technology

The 2024 GMC Hummer EV SUV features high-end technology throughout, including a 13.4-inch touch screen infotainment system and Super Cruise, which is a hands-free driving system. Super Cruise works on over 200,000 miles of roads in the U.S. and Canada, with the latest rendition performing automatic lane changes. Extract mode provides 16 inches of clearance under the Hummer EV SUV using air suspension. Extract mode also increases the break-over angle from 23.8 degrees to 34.4 degrees. The Hummer EV SUV’s max wading depth of 26 inches is also increased to 32 inches when you raise the suspension.

Drivers are undoubtedly excited about the impressive CrabWalk mode on the 2024 GMC Hummer EV SUV. CrabWalk utilizes four-wheel steering to drive diagonally at a crawling pace.
